This little boy, I had the pleasure of meeting as a newborn. I met his Mother and Father a few months before he was born. Funny thing is, that felt like last month! Here we are more than a year later and I can’t believe how he has grown!! Take a look at sweet Ayden.

This is McKenna. Isn’t she gorgeous!? McKenna is a senior this year. She is the oldest child, and from what I hear an amazing sister and daughter. We had her session in Alys Beach on a very stormy day. Thankfully the rain held off just in time for our session! Check out McKenna and her family!

Those of you who follow my blog, or know me personally know the story about my pregnancy with Halle. It was rough, and I had no intentions of going through that again, BUT God had other plans for me. When Halle was 6 months old I found out I was pregnant again. This was a HUGE surprise! I really did not know what to think. I was scared. Scared of the complications that may arise, scared to have 3 children that close together. Luckily, my pregnancy with Lyla turned out to be my easiest. My nausea subsided after the first trimester–this NEVER was the case in my previous pregnancies. I didn’t have any clotting issues. It was just easy. When I finally had my baby girl this day, last year she was perfect. She still is perfect. She fit into our family like she had been here forever. She is the sweetest baby. A true Momma’s girl.

This session is also from June. I am almost caught up with my June sessions… almost. This big family surprised their mother with this session. She had no idea until about 30 mins before, when her children decided they should probably tell her to get dressed for photos. Talk about short notice! This family was full of surprises as I discovered during our shoot. Just ask Miss Amy. Her boyfriend decided to propose just a few days before as well! Congratulations Amy and Max! I wanted to share with you this session from June. This session almost didn’t happen. We were going to start out at the Village in Sandestin, then head on over to the beach. Unfortunately, June traffic had other plans. After many other obstacles (Sandestin Security) we ended up going to one of my favorite beach locations with about 45 mins before total darkness. I will have to say it worked out PERFECTLY! The light was absolutely gorgeous, and so was this family. This is Wade, Jerren, and their beautiful little Princess Scarlett.

June has been such a crazy month! I am happy for the new things coming in July for me personally, and for my business. I can’t wait to share with you all, but first I have an engagement session to share with you! This is Jenn and Jeremy. This happy couple was such a blast to work with! We started off at the beach at Holiday Isle then wandered around the condo they were staying at. I think we found some pretty awesome photo spots!
